Our recruitment offerings revolve around our job board (www.step.org/jobs), which attracts 3,433 unique users and 4,968 views per month. It is marketed via our email and social media platforms and can be combined with advertising in the STEP Journal or with one of our content solutions to deliver both passive and active job seekers.

Your branded buttons will feature on every page of the STEP job search website, for maximum exposure. Live for 30 days, the buttons can be animated or static, depending on your preference.
You can also advertise your vacancy in the STEP Journal, which is mailed to all members (around 20,000) 10 times a year. Please ask a member of the sales team for more information. Many firms have used both STEP’s print and online platforms to create a leading recruitment campaign.
